EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE IN 21ST. CENTURY: one just cannot be an employEE in the 21. century. An employee is basically a Nobody.

One can read in the news of layoffs of 10,000, 20,000 and 30,000 of workers.

Workers in the free-market world can be released from work at anytime, for any legal reason.

Corporation can make money or lose money. Corporation can go bankrupt or get wiped by domestic or foreign comepetition.

Corporation have to survive on their own without public tax-money unless there is bailout.

This idea of depending your livlihood on a third party is obsolete in the 21. century.

One has to become one of two or both.

1. Investor: investment of time, money, energy, stocks, bonds, commodities.

2. Start a business: grow the business to a Fortune 500 business or sell to a Fortune 500 business.

In short, one needs to become an EMPLOYER, NOT EMPLOYEE. An employee in 21st. century is a nobody or a fancy word for a working stiff.

EMPLOYER NOT EMPLOYEE

FUTURE NOT PAST.

RICH NOT POOR.
