1. State has the power to enforce laws and full compulsion of individuals against their will. State has a monopoly on force and violence. Free-state requires the state powers be limited.
2. Church. Free-choice of free worship. Worship should free, free voluntary. No one should be forced to worship against their will. No one should be denied worship against their will.
3. Free citizen in a free world requires free worship. Free citizen should worship at their free choice.
State cannot be church.
Church cannot be state.
Keep church and state seperate.
